Teaching Letters

R just turned 3, so we have been practicing our letters lately. We go through flash cards a few days a week, but we also do some learning games to help R master her letters. Here are some of her favorite (super easy to make) ways to learn the alphabet:
<----Simply google 'alphabet' and print out a picture of letters. Use self laminate paper ($5 or so at Staples) and cover the front and back of paper. Give toddler a dry erase marker and encourage to trace the letters. Wipes away with a wet paper towel and can be used over and over again!
Parking lot letters are also easy to make and fun to do! R gathers her toy cars, and "drives" them into the pakring spot I call. Example: Please park the red car in spot 'D'.

While Lambert is unlikely to be able to replace his threat in the coming weeks, Villa's tough start to the fixture list should, in a strange way, come as some sort of relief to the club's fans.
